Challenges and Effectiveness of Using the SHAD Social Network During COVID-19 According to Teachers, Parents and Students

The present research analysed the challenges and effectiveness of using SHAD social network in COVID-19 era from perspective teachers, parents, students middle schools Tehran. sample size for qualitative was based on theoretical saturation, data were collected through purposive judgements snowball techniques. Thematic analysis used to consider 75 interviews. Eight themes attained 43 subcategories extracted verbal predicates; these related problems SHAD, including lack software hardware infrastructures, user familiarity with new educational technology, appropriate space effective interaction, unconstructive interference education process impossibility evaluation operations, as well psychological behavioural disorders. According findings, there considerable differences between private state facing challenges. Participants believed that quality teaching an online environment is lower than face-to-face teaching, which they viewed preferable. degree learning also decreased era, although both teachers spent more time energy learning, parents (notably) had considerably involvement. In addition or management system (LMS), all received help networks satisfied external networks. However, specified student autonomy improved resulting suitable introverted students, allowing them be involved. Finally, results indicate creating a unique not welcomed by users, who preferred use their favourite ones. This supports e-learning practice revealing some widely-used could become tools. few cases, due technical developments apps, have advantages over systems. Solving key improving performance systems, need improve ability tools, while involved process.
